Three services. One roof.

Most powder coaters only spray. They send blasting out or skip proper degreasing, and that's where quality slips and lead times double. We control every step in our own Pretoria workshop.

Sandblasting & rust removal

Our blast booth removes rust, slag and mill scale and etches a fine profile into the steel, so the coating locks on and stays on.

Trade and industry

Batch work for fabricators, shopfitters and manufacturers.

Four steps. One tough skin.

  1. Strip

Old paint, powder coat, grease and baked enamel dissolve off, without warping the metal.

  2. Blast

Rust, pitting and mill scale come off to SA 2.5 near-white, leaving a 25–50 micron profile.

  3. Spray

Electrostatically charged powder wraps every edge, weld and recess.

  4. Cure

Baked at 180–200 °C, the powder flows and hardens into one continuous coat.

Why Pretoria industry trusts us

Questions we get a lot

Can you powder coat over rusted or previously painted metal?

Never directly. Powder coat over rust or old paint will bubble and peel within months. Every part is first chemically stripped or sandblasted back to bare metal so the coating bonds properly.

How do I get a price on WhatsApp?

Take 2–3 clear photos of your items and tell us the rough size (length, width, height), what's on the metal now (rust, old paint, bare steel), and the colour and finish you want. We reply with an estimate in the chat.

How long does stripping, blasting and powder coating take?

Usually 3 to 5 working days, depending on batch size and how much preparation is needed. Urgent production batches can be scheduled by prior arrangement.

What colours and finishes do you offer?

A wide range of standard RAL industrial and architectural colours in high gloss, satin, dead matt, fine Sandtex (textured), heavy stipple and metallic finishes.
